Passport and Visa Requirements

The Government of the Macau Special Administrative Region allows citizens of specific countries/territories to travel to Macau for tourism or business purposes for periods ranging from 14 to 180 days without having to obtain a visa. If you are not eligible for a short-term visa-free visit to HKSAR/Macao SAR, you will need to apply both Chinese visa and HKSAR/Macao SAR visa. Letter of Invitation

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa to China, please send the following information to Mr. Siwei Zhou:

• Name (as it appears on your passport)
• Date of birth
• Passport ID
• Country of citizenship (country which issued your passport)
• Job title/position
• Affiliation with post address
• Registration confirmation number
• If you have a paper accepted by QRS 2020, please include the paper ID and title, as well as the corresponding track name
